Samsung's 2026 TVs arrive in Finland – Micro RGB, OLED and The Frame are updated

One of the key innovations in the 2026 lineup is the expansion of the Micro RGB series. This technology differs from traditional TV solutions in that it uses individually controlled red, green, and blue LEDs as the light source. The size of each LED is less than 100 micrometers.

The goal of the solution is even more precise brightness control and more nuanced color reproduction. In 2025, Micro RGB was introduced in a 115-inch TV, but in the 2026 model range, availability will expand to multiple sizes, starting at 55 inches.

The R95H series ranks at the top of the Micro RGB lineup, featuring Samsung’s most advanced 4K processor. The model also boasts 100 percent BT.2020 color gamut coverage. The R85H, on the other hand, ranks lower in the lineup and uses the Micro RGB AI Engine technology for backlight control.

Samsung’s OLED lineup will expand in 2026 with four series: S99H, S95H, S90H and S85H. The flagship model S99H stands out with its new Float Layer design, which allows the TV to be mounted close to the wall so that the whole unit appears to float in front of the wall.

The S99H is also Samsung's first OLED TV that can be accessed through the Samsung Art Store service. This allows the TV stand to be used to display works of art when the TV is not being watched.

Attention has also been paid to gaming in the OLED models. The S95H and S90H models use Glare Free technology to reduce reflections, and the entire OLED lineup includes high refresh rates, short response times, and other features designed for gamers.

The Frame TVs continue Samsung’s line of TVs that are designed to blend into the decor and art collection. Through the Samsung Art Store service, there are over 5,000 works of art available. There is also a Moomin collection with 60 works of art.

The key innovation in the 2026 The Frame models is Glare Free display technology. Its purpose is to reduce reflections and improve contrast, especially in brighter viewing environments. Previously, the same technology has been seen in Samsung’s flagship Neo QLED and OLED models.

The Frame Pro is the most advanced model in the series. It uses a Neo QLED Mini LED display, a Wireless One Connect connection unit, and Samsung’s NQ4 AI Gen3 processor. The processor improves image and sound quality in real time. The Frame Pro also supports high refresh rates, and in the 2026 model range, its size range expands to include a 55-inch model.

The Neo QLED lineup includes the QN70H and QN80H series, which combine Mini LED and Real QLED technologies. The goal is to deliver bright, contrast-rich visuals and wide color gamut. The QN70H features the AirSlim design and 100 percent color volume, while the QN80H puts the focus on a more powerful AI processor and more precise brightness control.

The Mini LED lineup includes the M70H and M80H series. They are aimed at users seeking Mini LED technology in a more affordable price range. The M70H model includes Motion Xcelerator up to 60 frames per second, while the M80H model features 4K AI Upscaling and a refresh rate of up to 144 frames per second. Based on these features, the M80H is particularly suitable for gaming and watching sports.
