Spotify extended the trial period for the Premium subscription to three months
Streaming service Spotify has today extended the free trial period for its Premium subscription option to three months. Previously, there was only a one-month trial available, but now users can try it for as long as they do with the second most popular Apple Music service.
The change is permanent, but it is of course only available to new subscribers; after the free trial month, the price is the standard 9.99 euros per month. The free three-month trial is also available for the student version costing 4.99 euros and the family version costing 14.99 euros. In selected markets, there is also the Premium Duo, where two users pay 12.49 euros. The offer also applies to this.
In addition to the Premium subscription, Spotify also offers a free version, but in it you cannot freely choose the tracks to listen to in the mobile app; there are ads included, the audio quality is lower, and the tracks cannot be downloaded for offline listening.
