Frame canvas for 100” screen – a frame canvas for 100-inch screen for just a few hundred

We came across a 100-inch widescreen frame canvas from the Vevor brand online that looked expensive and high-quality, but cost only just over 100 euros. We had to order one to test it out.

The fabric was ordered from the “manufacturer”’s own online store, vevor.com, and the delivery arrived quickly.

Vevor is actually a Chinese brand (oh what a surprise?), that sells all kinds of tools, equipment and accessories for various applications, as well as all sorts of more-than-ordinary stuff; including, of course, canvas sheets. The products are delivered from a European logistics center (in the Netherlands), without customs formalities and with fast delivery.

The package arrived quickly in a few days and it was able to fit into a very compact size. Despite its low price, the parts were packed neatly, especially pleased that the delicate and important part, the fabric, was rolled around a metal tube and not folded into a separate box, as is often seen in low-cost frame fabrics.

The frames themselves are sturdy aluminum profiles, the outer surface of which is coated with a black lacquer. - a neat and non-reflective material. Assembling the frame and fabric was easy and quick; the instructions are clear, but only in English, unfortunately; however, the pictures are illustrative. Tightening the numerous springs that run along the sides of the fabric required a really strong grip; fortunately, the included clamps were designed for this. Once the fabric is pinned, the overall look was good; it's hard to say from the design what price range the product is in.

Assembly and installation of the curtain were easy thanks to the good instructions. Wall brackets are also included. The fabric is fastened to the frame with numerous springs.
